SELLING YOUR WEDDING DRESS?
Save yourself the hassle of selling your wedding dress and let us do all the work for you. We don’t buy your dress, but we sell it for you.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
We style, photograph, price and list your piece online
We promote the item on our website & social media accounts
We organize one-on-one private fittings with potential buyers in our private Antwerp showroom with luxurious boutique feeling to create the optimal selling conditions for such a big purchase
After a successful sale, the proceeds will be transferred to your bank account, minus our own sales commission
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Email us with
clear pictures of your wedding item
the invoice of purchase, a bank statement OR the original price
the brand of the item
your dress size & height
We are looking for modern, preferably recent wedding dresses (max 3-5 years old). Please be aware that we have limited space & our selection is very carefully chosen to suit our style. This means that unfortunately we can’t accept all dresses. We accept accessories such as veils or jackets, but don’t sell shoes or jewelry.
If the piece fits in the Something Something aesthetic, we’ll get back to you by mail. When our stock is full at the moment, this might take a bit longer until we have some space again.
THEN WHAT?
If we feel a match, you can:
make an appointment to drop off the piece at our Antwerp showroom
send it by B-post (shipping costs on behalf of the seller)

Yep, easy peasy! Next thing you know, we are busy doing all the work to sell your item as soon as possible. We are happy to take care of everything — no hassle for you!

SELLING TERMS & CONDITIONS
We work on consignment, which means that we keep your piece safely with us, do all the work to find a new owner and keep a commission after the sale.
HOW MUCH DO I RECEIVE AFTER THE SALE?
We usually set the selling price at 2/3 of the original price. This depends on the condition of the piece or the different sales possibilities we see for this particular item. Once the sale is successful, you’ll receive the proceeds minus our commission:
Selling price under 2,000 EUR = you receive 50% commission
Selling price over 2,000 EUR = you receive 60% commission
This means you can expect to earn back 1/3 of what you originally paid for the dress.
HOW DO I PREPARE FOR THE SALE?
We ask that all items are dry cleaned & ready to sell before arrival at our showroom. All pieces will be inspected first. Small defaults will most likely lower the price.
ANYTHING ELSE?
During our 1 year contract, Something Something has the exclusive rights to sell your piece. This means that you won’t try and sell the item yourself. Feel free to direct any interested brides over to the website, of course!
If the dress hasn’t been sold after this period, you can either reclaim it or leave it on our platform for a second term if we still see sale possibilities.
