WHY BUY A PRELOVED DRESS?
A wedding dress is usually a one-wear-only item, and we think that’s such a shame. Buying a preloved gown and letting it shine more than just once, is the way to go if you like to keep in mind our planet. It’s usually a lot more affordable than a new one — quite an important aspect when planning a wedding — and it’s just super unique, that’s for sure.
WHERE DO THE DRESSES COME FROM?
Our dresses are all preloved, but not necessarily all worn. Some are hidden gems that might have been hanging in closets for years, others are beauties that haven’t even been worn yet because the previous owner found a more suitable dress, for example. We also have sample dresses that have been worn for shoots and fittings only, and deserve to finally shine in real life too. We do like to focus on the piece itself rather than on its previous life. After all, it’s you who makes the dress!

WHAT IS THE PRICE RANGE OF THE DRESSES?
We have something (something) for everyone and everyone’s wedding budget. Our dresses range from €100 to €3000, but there are a few exceptions depending on the (designer) brand. The price of the dresses are usually 2/3 of the original price. Make sure to use the CATEGORY button to filter your search on price range!
ARE THE DRESSES CLEAN?
All of our dresses have been drycleaned before we put them for sale. However, sometimes there will still be small spots or defects when a dress has been worn before. This will then be translated to the price of that particular piece.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU HAVE NEW DRESSES?
We drop a small collection (referred to as Curations) every few months, but this all depends on the amount of dresses we can find for you. Keep an eye on our Instagram highlight ‘preview’ for the latest new arrivals!
CAN I SHOP A DRESS ONLINE?
Unfortunately you can’t. We want you to get to know the dress in real life first, so make sure to book an appointment or schedule a pick-up at our Antwerp showroom.
CAN I TRY ON THE DRESSES?
Absolutely! We are happy to welcome you in our Antwerp showroom with your loved ones. Head to our booking page to schedule your fitting right away! Feel free to book a second fitting if you’re not quite sure yet. And most importantly: booking a fitting appointment does not imply you have to buy anything! It’s just a lot of fun — we promise ;-)
WHERE IS THE SHOWROOM LOCATED?
The showroom is located in a private place near Central Station, Antwerp (2018). We’re only open by appointment, and you’ll receive the full address by email once you’ve booked a fitting! If you haven’t received your confirmation email a day after the booking, please reach out.
DO I BRING SOMETHING (SOMETHING) TO THE FITTING?
Ideally you’d wear neutral, seamless underwear and preferably a strapless bra. Also feel free to bring a pair of shoes that have the perfect height similar to what you’d like to wear on your wedding day. Avoid wearing any make-up if possible!
CAN I BRING MY BRIDAL SQUAD TO THE FITTING?
Well, yes! Due to the size of our showroom, we recommend bringing a maximum of 4 extra guests to your fitting appointment. Feel free to book a second fitting with another guest if you’re not sure! Thanks for understanding.
DO YOU OFFER AN ALTERATION SERVICE?
We currently do not offer an alteration service, but are happy to recommend some of the best bridal seamstresses in our neighbourhood & throughout Belgium.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY DRESS?
We currently accept bank transfers only (no QR code), so make sure to bring a phone with a mobile app.
CAN I RETURN A DRESS AFTER A SALE?
All sales are final and we do not accept returns. We are more than happy to resell your dress again after your marriage! Contact us for more information.
